The Department for Health and Social Care have created this easy read document for people with Down’s syndrome (PDF).

This guide explains what might happen if you catch coronavirus and you have Down’s syndrome.

People with Down’s syndrome are classes as being clinically extremely vulnerable. This means that you are more likely to get very ill if you catch coronavirus.

To help stay safe during this time the Government has made this guidance.

You can also get extra support (e.g. with supermarket deliveries) which you can apply for here.
