Survey for individual employers and personal assistants

Skills for Care, with the help of Mark Bates Ltd, is doing a survey to find out more about individual employers and the personal assistants (PAs) that they employ.

The survey will help us to know more about the PA workforce and how it operates, and how best to support individual employers and PAs in the sector.

We’re asking both individual employers and PAs to complete a survey so that we can see things from both viewpoints. All surveys are anonymous and we do not ask for your name or any other personal information.

If you’re an individual employer – please complete this survey Please also share the link below with your PAs.

If you’re a personal assistant – please complete this survey. Please also share the link above with your employer.

If you work in an organisation that supports individual employers and PAs, please share this link with them: www.skillsforcare.org.uk/MbatesPAsurvey

It’s really important that as many people as possible complete the survey – the information collected by Skills for Care is used by the Department of Health and Social Care to help make decisions about the adult social care sector and workforce.

The survey will close on Friday 28 February 2020.

If you have any questions about this survey please contact Roy Price on 0113 2410 952.
