Choices & Rights are an organisation of disabled people in the Hull and East Riding area. We believe that the best experts on the needs of disabled people are disabled people themselves and we use our voices to campaign for disabled people’s rights.

• Provide advice and support to all users of direct payments and Personal Health Budgets, including recruitment of Personal Assistants, employment law advice and community care advice.
• Provide information and advice on a range of services for disabled people and their families
• Provide consultancy and advice to organisations in the voluntary, statutory and private sector.
• Recognised as the leading local organisation on the Equality Act (Disability). We can offer support and advice on the Act in relation to disability discrimination, reasonable adjustments, and policy work
• We run the PA Database. This is a website dedicated to advertising and recruiting for PA’s in the Hull and East Riding. We advertise for families and individuals seeking a PA on this site and it allows potential PA’s to apply online directly.
