How to register with a GP
MMR Community Vaccination Clinics – SEE POSTER ATTACHED
Hull City Council Public Health Team have asked me to share details of community clinics they are putting on for MMR vaccines, its specifically aimed at 5-16 year olds who haven’t had the vaccine or have only receive one does (2 required).
Registering with a GP
The GP access card comes in different languages and people can register to the GP using the online service, which is encourage as it quicker.
However note that to use the online service an ID will be required. Otherwise it’s not needed to register to the GP.
